07/08: Isa Modena Gibson Morgan
Nancy Hickman sent a couple of emails and a headstone photo that will be of interest to the descendants of Franklin Pierce Morgan.
Debbie who works with the Victoria Genealogy, took time to go to Edna for me and get photos of my Gibson relatives, this attachment may be of interest to you. I believe it may be Isa Modena Gibson's resting place. The dates are a little off and name is spelled wrong, will do some research when I get a chance to see if this might really be her.
...the stone was found with other Gibson family, one that really makes it a keeper is the fact that she is buried in her brother's family plot, Henderson O. Gibson. At least that is my thoughts atm.

06/16: John C. Knighton Found Buried in Arizona
Celie Knighton O'Roarke wrote me when she first joined the blog team to tell me that she had located John C. Knighton, Margaret Viola's "baby" brother who seemingly disappeared into the West Texas sunset in the 1880's.
"While roaming around the internet, I found a tombstone photograph for John C. Knighton, buried at the Arizona Pioneer home with a death certificate proclaiming him the son of Alexander Knighton and Sarah Irwin, born 1861 (I think) in Georgia. So I tracked him as far as I could. ...I was not looking for any one in particular when I fell across John C. Knighton. I stumbled onto the Arizonia tombstone project while just trolling for Knightons. You can imagine my surprise when I found a death certificate listing his parents as Alex and Sarah. So I contacted the Pioneer Home in Prescott and dragged up every fragment they could find on him. Lucky for me I got someone who went the extra mile as the page listed in their records wasn't exactly correct but he was found.
