I thought it might be a good idea to list out the sites that I have purchased an account on. This way I have a list to remind myself and also to have a list available for other family members, so that they can request lookup on. I thought it would be a good idea to edit this entry every time I add an account.

1. Ancestry.com - World Deluxe Membership
2. GenealogyBank.com - Good resource for Obituary and news articles
3. OneGreatFamily.com - Mormon tree site
4. Newsbank.com - Specifically the Dallas Morning News archives
5. People-Records.net - Not an amazing site. But sometimes...

04/09: Eugene Hilliard Morgan, Granbury, Hood Co. TX

The first census information I have on Eugene Hilliard MORGAN is 1900 where he was listed as "retail druggist". The obit of his wife, Alice Ruth BUSH, shows she was: "Born July 13, 1873. 04/02: Knightons on Slave Schedules in Georgia

I read your post on the Knighton message board and I would like to know if you have any information on any slaves that have the Knighton name, specifically Jason Knighton b. 1810(GA) d. 1869 or Susan Knighton b. 1822 (NC). I did read through the information Gene Allred did and there was some references to slaves but I could not make any connections to this couple. They do show up on the 1870 census and I am a descendant. Also, I am curious about the letter if would not mind sharing about the things that were happening in Randolph County after the Civil War. My family remained there as sharecroppers until about the 1950s.
